Jeremy Prudhomme, OD – South Windsor and Farmington Optometrist

Dr. Prudhomme is a graduate from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. His professional training at the college included rotations at the Veterans Hospitals in Northampton and Lowell Massachusetts, a Community Health Center in Boston Massachusetts and a hospital at Hanscom Air Force Base. Since graduation he has worked at different optometry offices throughout Connecticut, before starting Prudhomme Vision. His interests include contact lenses, dry eyes, allergies, and treatment of eye diseases. His personal interests include spending time with his wife, traveling when possible, and cycling.



Regan Marquis Prudhomme, OD – South Windsor and Farmington Optometrist

Dr. Marquis is originally from Millinocket, Maine. She graduated from Stearns High School in 2000 as valedictorian. She then went on to graduate Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maine, Orono with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. In 2007 she received her doctorate degree in optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, where she graduated with honors. Her professional training at the college included rotations at the Veterans Hospital in West Roxbury, East Boston Community Health Center, and Hanscom Air Force Base. She has also volunteered giving vision screenings at the Special Olympics.

Dr. Marquis is a member of the Connecticut Association of Optometrists, American Optometric Association, and Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. When she is not working at Prudhomme Vision, she enjoys yoga, Zumba, bike riding, and spending time with her family.



Ryan White, OD

Dr. White hails from Owego, a small town in upstate New York on the border of Pennsylvania just south of Ithaca. His fascination with the ocular system started at age 8 when he was prescribed his first pair of glasses by his childhood optometrist, eye doctor inspirator, and eventual mentor: Dr. Ted Bryant. He is a 2016 graduate of Cornell University where he majored in human development with a concentration in neuroscience, and also obtained minors in health/nutrition and business. He then attended the New England College of Optometry, graduating in 2020 — the year of the optometrist. While there, he completed his clinical training at VA Medical Centers in Buffalo, NY and Worcester, MA, Fenway Health in Boston, MA, and Martha Eliot Community Health Center, an affiliate of Boston Children’s Hospital. Dr. White’s optometric interests include ocular disease, dry eye therapy, contact lenses, myopia control, and refractive/cataract surgery. Outside of practice, he enjoys listening to podcasts on long walks with his dog, Roscoe, playing guitar, hiking, and sampling new craft brews or scotch.



Erica Stokes, OD

Dr. Erica Stokes received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. During her time at Nova, Dr. Stokes completed her externships at The Eye Institute with specialty rotations in pediatrics and contact lenses then continued onto the Salisbury VA in North Carolina where she focused on ocular disease.
Dr. Stokes grew up in Terryville, CT and after practicing optometry in Southern California, she has moved back to Connecticut to provide quality eye care to communities in her home state. During her free time, Dr. Stokes loves to do CrossFit, hike, ride her motorcycle, and spend time doing virtually anything outdoors!



Taryn Gonthier, OD

Dr. Taryn Gonthier grew up in rural Northeastern Pennsylvania and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Connecticut. She was an exchange student at the University of New South Wales in Australia, studied American Sign Language, worked as a teaching assistant, and became a research assistant for bimodal bilingualism projects at the university. Dr. Gonthier began her optometric career as a technician at Prudhomme Vision. She went on to receive a Bachelor of Science degree in Vision Science and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She completed her clinical training with the Northampton VA Medical Center in Massachusetts and spent three months practicing in Yup’ik indigenous villages in Alaska. She completed specialty rotations in low vision and traumatic brain injury rehabilitation and often volunteered at a local Blind Yoga program. Dr. Gonthier is incredibly happy for the opportunity to return to Connecticut with her husband and continue her career at Prudhomme Vision. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and exploring local gems around New England.



Pamella Pham, OD

Dr. Pham is originally from Vietnam. She is fluent in English and Vietnamese. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Science from the University of Connecticut. She then pursued her Doctorate Degree in Optometry at the New England College of Optometry. During her clinical training, Dr. Pham completed rotations at various institutions, including the Veteran Hospital in Jamaica Plain, the South End Community Health Center, and Fenway Health. Additionally, she received specialized training at Tufts, Cotting School, and Boston University Eye Associates, where she provided eye care to children and individuals with low vision. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, sightseeing, and spending time with her family and friends.
